Steph's Bridal Shower

This weekend was my cousin's (Steph) bridal shower for her wedding.  It was a lot of fun!  A huge amount of planning though (I'm the Maid of Honor)!  It wasn't a surprise to my cousin, somehow she found out.  Not that I was surprised about that.  She is getting married in three weeks now! It's crazy how quickly time flys.

Kendra, one of the bridemaids and I wanted Steph to at least look surprised for us to photograph her.  Needless to say, she didn't look very surprised at all!

Here she is "surprised" or you know cracking up.  Same thing right?

I captured a nice pose of her walking in....Isn't she so pretty?  I can't wait to get some shots at her wedding.

Here is one of the bridesmaids, Amber.  She was filling out her B-I-N-G-O card for gift bingo.  It was a nice way to keep the party fun and entertaining for the guests.   Steph has a party of six bridesmaids, so its pretty big!

Another bridesmaid, Kendra, just chilling at the table, waiting for the events to began.  It's really grainy which kind of bugs me a lot!

CAKE!  Here's the pretty cake.  It isn't quite the wedding colors, but good enough!

Food shots!!  YUM...purple and green cupcakes.  These are in her wedding colors.  You can see the chips and veggies in the background a little.  We had so much food left over, I guess that's better than too little though.

This is little Patty.  She is Amber's daughter.  She is so precious!  Patty is a very quiet, happy baby.  I took a bunch of pictures of her because she was just too cute to resist.

Here are the favors I made for the wedding.  They were actually pretty easy to make, just a little time consuming.  Though they didn't take as long as I thought they would to make.  Here are the lids as a work in progress.

This is one of the finished favors sitting on the table at the shower.  If you are interested in making these I made the cupcakes from this link: http://club.chicacircle.com/got-candy-try-these-candy-jar-with-caulk-ideas/

I love Pinterest and the things you can find to create!

Once again the wedding colors for the sprinkles. I wanted to buy green and purple M&Ms for the mason jars, but they cost WAY too much.  Stupid greedy companies, so it was just mints placed in the jars.   I didn't get a lot of pictures at the shower, but I think I got some pretty good ones.
